Qualitative & Quantitative Research

1) Qualitative Analysis

To Carry out qualitative research I interview some of my friends, family members, and neighbors via in-person and online platforms. The main focus is to gather their thoughts and direct feedback which will help me to develop more insightful information that can be used to create the best product.

Here are some of the questions I ask during the interview

  • How often do you cook?

  • What type of food do you like more in general?

  • What is the most challenging part of making a healthy meal?

  • Are you currently using any other meal service plan?

  • If you haven't tried any meal box service what's the main reason?

  • If you tried any meal service before, Did you face any challenges there?

  • How interesting would you be in meal kit service if they provide top healthy meal box recipe that is prepared by industrial food nutrition experts?

2) Quantitative Analysis

I created a google form that had more than 10+ participants as part of my quantitative research to get direct feedback answers. The response to the survey will assist me to solve problems in the right direction.

Survey insights

User persona

Empathy mapping

To fully understand the user's decisions and behaviors, I used empathy mapping to get a visual idea of what the user was thinking and feeling about the web application while taking notes on what they are saying. It will help me to create a better definition to understand my project

User Journey map

I use user journey mapping to get insights, and customers' experience with the brand to get all the touchpoints.

How might we

I use how might we ( HMW ) statement to allow me to reframe my insights into opportunity areas and innovate on problems found during user research.

User Flow

User flows give teammates, decision-makers, and stakeholders a better understanding of the user experience architecture behind your product.

Conducted a usability test with one of my friend checks if the goal of the application is usable for the target audience. The session was conducted via zoom meeting and users were able to use the web-application mockup made in Figma.
